Couple of questions..........

1. Could somebody please reccomend a good WET chain lube? Got dry wax for the winter months.

2. Also a good General lube for bolts etc?

And one last point, whats the best thing to get a chain clean so i can lube it??? Just ive washed and polished her tonight, so gonna lube her up nice and juicy tommorow.

all i use is scotoil the same stuff that you put in the scotoilers. depending on what bolts you wana lube but copper grease, or just get some genral purpose grease. for cleaning the chain you can get chain clearner from most bike shops or try cycle shops. i use wd40 on mine it cleanes it and it lubes at the same time( also a good wet lube ) .

Just use left over 10/40 Motul Factory line engine oil, pretty good so far, use it for winter as well. Clean with parrafin.

What about White spirit for cleaning chains? Chains fine just has a layer of lube with bits of cack on it,wipes clean just with a cloth. Bit of an arsehole without a paddock stand

Paraffin for cleaning, chainsaw oil for lube (also useful for refilling snottoilers apparently) 'cause of its anti-fling properties.

Copper grease all your bolts.

Coat the bike in Scottoiler FS365 to stop it rusting.

Motorex Protect and shine 645 great for keeping your exhaust rust free.

Muc Off stuff is great for giving your bike a quick clean after a ride out.

copper grease is great , looks like pseudo fresh rust , if you can get it cheap put it all over and people see your bike as a whole heap of rust and move out of your way VERY quickly ,(I rode a new GN125 once not with L plates and nobody moved outta the way).

Yeah my Mechanic'y friend, put a load over my bolts when he fitted new chain and sprockets, it looked daft. But probably get some. Need to start prepping bike for winter soon because im not having my bolts seize up on fairing again like last year. Although, sooner i get a job sooner i get a new bike
