The key features of your policy are as follows:
1. The policy commences at the start of the month you applied for a quote and expires 12 months after the end of that month.
2. This Policy only covers you for Legal Costs arising out of motorcycle accidents in England and Wales.
3. The Policy will cover you for Legal Costs up to the point where proceedings have to be issued.
4. If proceedings need to be issued, provided your claim has reasonable prospects of success, a further policy can be arranged.
5. The bikeinsurer.co.uk want you as a rider to have freedom of choice of Solicitor. You can choose your own solicitor, but no costs will be covered by this policy.
6. This Policy only covers you for a claim where another identified road user who has to carry compulsory insurance for road traffic risks is likely to be to blame.
