Hi All

I live in hemel hempstead, herts and need to get a bike school/instructor who can do weekends regularly - i have done CBT and a 125 check lesson, need another 125 check before moving up to Direct Access.

I started off with Beacon Riders and for anyone who knows them they are top stuff, only trouble is they are well booked up for the next few months with CBT's at weekends which means anywhere between 2 and 3 weeks between lessons which is a nightmare!!

Sooooo i am looking for recommendations for places particularly in Hemel or Watford that can handle lessons at weekends or evenings??

Any help much appreciated as it is frustrating the hell out of me!!!!

Cheers

Andy

Hi Andy,

I too live in Hemel, and use Beacon Riders, and definitely agree with you, they are top stuff, and I'm lucky enough to be able to have lessons on weekdays, your post makes me appreciate it a bit more Mr. Green

I can't give any proper reccomendations, (cue pointless post) but ride2freedom might be worth a try, they opearate out of J&S in Watford, so an added bonus Smile

I can't find anywhere else in Hemel, but this page might give a few up from Watford at least.

So, no true-to-life reccomendations, just wanted to say hello really.

I'm sure there are some far more well informed people on here who will be helpful though Thumbs Up

Good luck with it anyway.

Hi guys i'm from Luton, there's a family run business near me called Trophy and basically call them up and turn up on a sunday with £40 (or £20 if u bring ur own bike) and they'll take you out informally show you what you need to know to pass your test and also you'll go on a nice ride.

I had one and it wasa great fun and very informative!
