Hi

Ages ago this happened:-

https://news.bbc.co.uk/1/hi/england/devon/5006828.stm

Seems that they have just done the same again on another bit of the same road. And are now taking legal advice. Hopefully they are going bankrupt.

All the best

Keith

If you are caught doing a small amount over the limit take it all the way to court then plead guilty when you get there or send a letter in admitting the charge the fine goes to the clerk of the justices and not the scamera partnership and the points and fine stay the same most of the time.

The thieving bastards still get your money but it doesn't go to the scammers.

If I remember correctly (may have been another scamera partnership though) it was up to those caught to write in and claim the money/points back.

IMO that's just another example of how corrupt the people who control these are.

I wander if the people who received points and lost their licence for reaching 12+ points will be able to also claim compensation for the loss of use of their car/bike, and any outlay made because of the loss?

Confused

In theory yes, especially for those who lost their jobs because of loosing their licences.

All the best
