If someone blocks you on MSN can you still email them?

Yes, unless they add you to their blocked email addresses.

Not a lot really. Using the first result from that Google search, it said that I was offline when in fact I was definately signed in on MSN Rolling Eyes

careful with those block checkers, they put spyware on peoples computers, not long ago every person i knew (who was running with no firewalls or anything) kept sending me adverts about blockchecker for no reason :/ so be careful.
