Don't start polishing your bikes, any of you! It just isn't worth it! Once you polish one bit, the other bits let it down, then you have to do another bit and another bit, and before you know it your bike is a mirror on wheels!
It will consume your time, hearing, money, sex life and brain cells. The only plus sides are a blinging bike and one seriously strong wanking arm.
It's already consuming my life, the missus actually gets jealous of my bike  as if i'd ever pick her over the bike! lolz!

That's right Jack, the first step to recovery is acceptance.

Thats as good as my polishing gets, especially as when Im outof doors with a helmet on it rains!
