There seems to be quite a few of us on here now, give a yell out in here, what bike you got, were you from how far you ride it?

I will go first mine is a 98 dtr 125 in black and some great "Shell Suit" decals on them not sure what yamaha were thinking. I am from stoke on trent (YAY) but am in the middle of the countryside in aberdeenshire. Yasmin (Yasmin the Yamaha, not very orginal is it) does run and ride, but needs loads of fastners and minor jobs to tart it up, and a couple of "what was that previous owner thinking when he did that" but thats a rant and this is not the right place for it. When i do get it i will be riding it 80 mile round trip to work and back in sunny aberdeen Thumbs Up

EDIT: i can't post a pic of my wheels as i got 56k, well 36K according to the speed on my connection info. so don't want to spend a week uploading stuff

From Leyland got a 91 MC21 NSR250 easily the best bike I've ever bought. I'm trying not to put too many miles on it due to crank bearings being impossible to get these days. (I even took it to Oulton Park for a track day on a van. Embarassed )

i own an 03 nsr125r, the blue white red kind have no pics i can get onto the pc however (dad sold my bluetooth thing..)

it starts and runs fine, however the disks get very hot after a lot of heavy breaking and take a very very long time to cool down which is annoying, but hey.

after running it 2 weeks i put 800mls of 2 stroke oil in, i guess its gonna drink the stuff in comparison to my ped (1 litre a month)

lol not quite as exotic as the other bikes but here goes

yamaha rxs 100 bored out to 125 cc because the engine was knackered, great condition because i restored it, silver paint, street fighter handlebars, mini indicators, carbon fork leg sheilds(i know they arnt called that but i cant think what they are called mind is blanc) conti city tyres, had it since february i would estimate i have done about 600 miles on it lol because of numerous breakdowns and two engines, so far i have gone 300 miles without a breakdown!!!!! it will do about 75-80 miles per hour but im not going to risk another breakdown lol so most ive had so far is 65 with more to come

Had my LC for 16 years. Crashed numerous times. Smashed into a million pieces once. Had 3 ground up rebuilds. Seized more times than I care to remember. Broken down in the worst possible places. Has caused the worst heartache and the biggest smiles.
Only tend to ride it on sunny sundays now as it's in the dining room over winter. Very Happy
Will never sell it. Ever. Razz

A mate of mine had a RZ500 when I had my FZR400, I never got a go on it but it seemed slower than my 400 everywhere.

Love it most of the time. My mate is borrowing at the moment. What was meant to be a "get you home ride" has turned into a commuting tool....
