I would send each person a thank you card for all their hard work, and I would include a slip saying...
*As a BIG thank you for all your hard work, please indicate which way would best say it from me:-
~ A night on the town (at my expense!)
~ Gift vouchers for your fave shop
~ A surprise gift!*
...then put a box in a central place for their replies
I think there is no shame in asking people what they would REALLY like, as it saves the dissapointment of the gesture they don't appreciate
Get your moneys worth and get it right !!
That's what I would like anyway ____________________ Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, "I will try again tomorrow" |

Well some pointers : Booze / food can be taxed as a benefit ,
so don't be declaring it on the company accounts ,
whatever you do make it big and something that makes them feel wanted and worthwhile ,
a bad example is a place where I used to work , the bloke opposite me makes 22K , and as a reward for his hard work and tons of extra unpaid over time (due to the fact that people kept leaving and he had to carry the work) , he got a bonus of 83p , and decided to slack off massively while secretly looking for a job elsewhere. ____________________ Spain 2008France 2007Big one 2009 We all die. a night at the dogs , coach picks everyone up, chicken in a basket a couple of free drinks and money for bets.
dog racing is great fun and even if you can't follow the form there's a 1 in 6 chance of guessing the winnner.
