I've loved these last 2 seasons, both Doctors have been excellent, Billie was surprisingly good, the humour is spot on for the most part, and I love the darker underlying tone.

All this talk of The Lonely God ref. the Doctor is great, I like the pathos of him being the last Time Lord aimlessly travelling around. Both the recent actors did a decent job of alternating the bumbling character with the dangerous, highly advanced being the Time Lords were always supposed to be.

This episode could've done with a bit more Human vs. Tin Can action, but hey, it was alright!

Don't hold out too much hope for the Xmas episode, the last one was pants. Looking forward to the new assistant though, she was in last weeks episode, and is seriously cute
