Shaggy - Regarding the loose skin thing...have you tried the L'oreal firming body lotion, it can be bought in Tescos...its fairly expensive but it makes the skin feel really nice and is good for orange peel!
Green bottle.

Good luck, I wouldnt know how to deal with it other than surgically!

Ready meal in the evening.
Later evening snack of a single small slice of toast with a slice of ham and a slice of cheese.

If you are eating white bread rather than wholemeal in that unhealthy day, then you need to sort it out IMO. Its good to eat breakfast, this means that your metabolism is speeded back up and everything you eat is stored as it should be, rather than as easy to use energy source stored as fat.

When trying to lose weight you should eat a bit more protein to maintain muscle mass, and prevent the weight lost being muscle that has been broken down for energy use.

Not to mention the lack of vitamins and minerals in your body. As long as you eat less than you burn you will lose weight, however if you dont eat right then you will lose health.
