My mate Matt knows someone who does moto X (Scott Taylor), and we went out to watch .

He was in 3 out of 24 races, and we stayed for 16 and watched two of his.

In the first race he got an early lead at the first corner and kept it until the last lap. He had been tailed by one guy for ages waiting to make his move. Scott tried to get the lead back but came a close 2nd.

In his next race, he took the lead at the first corner again, but this time his lead just grew and grew. When he won, he was a good 10 seconds in front of the next guy.

Scott was on a ktm 250 2 stroke, and he is from Sedgley.

yeah it looks great fun, i kept wanting to borrow the bike off some kid who had given up and wanted to have a razz around

ive had a go on a 450 4 stroke on a really short demo track and that was great

in taking the shot, i didnt notice the guy flipping, as the viewing screen on my camera isnt very clear.

matt told me about it and i thought i had missed it, until i saw it came out in the shot. i'll ask him what happened to the guy.
