No, you need a provisional, and there's a motorbike symbol I think. Been a while since I had one.

Just order a provisional license, i think its like 10 quid? takes a week or so to come i cant be sure. Bike is catagory A. but dont all provisionals count for bike and car or has somone confused me somwhere? Anyway you need that Smile They should tell you exactly what you need when you phoned them.

Its a little motorbike symbol on the back just above a car symbol? is that what you wanted to know?

Ohh...i got it already, n yer, was £38 ...

Im pretty sure its just the 'A' u need which is what i got ...

I was just trying to make sure its the 'A' you needed ...

Anyone got any tips on the CBT itself too, lol Razz

I always get in a panic before i do anything new, i mean i can perfectly control my bike on rough land perectly, not stall, gear up/down fine its just of the bike are different there and also the having to be weary of others which is getting to me, lol ...

Thumbs Up

If you can control the bike (as you say) and have experience on the road (driving a car for example), you'll find the CBT easy.

Although if you do drive a car it'll probably take you a little while to understand that you're on a bike now. It did me. Like when I came up to a corner pretty fast on a country road, and just decided to pull my front break as I took it.

That'll be my issue as im fine controlling my bike, but i only have about 2 hours worth of 'L' Plated Road use in a car and that was scary enough, specially as i find a car hard to drive (unlike my bike) ...

Plus that's the only thing scaring me -> The Road with other people on!

Im hoping as i can control the bike, it will be one less thing to worry about (or worry about a little less) so then i can concentrate more on my Highway code Razz and getting used to the roads etc ...
