Ever wished you'd never got up?
Met up with my mate at 6am for a spin out on the bikes - clear skies, little traffic about - everything looked set for a great ride.
Filled up with fuel, thrashed up the main roads towards some good twisties.
As soon as we left the main roads, fog/mist was everywhere, a fine film of water bulit up on my visor and i couldn't see shit.
Back onto the main roads - perfectly clear.
Hit some more twisties - visibility down to feckin zero again!
Then a part of my scotoiler came loose.
Then i hit a dead badger in the middle of the road on a blind bend. Big fuckers, badgers are.
Then a rabbit runs across the road inches from my front wheel, again mid-corner.
Then a pheasant does exactly the same thing a few corners later.
Decided to call it a day, half a mile from home the right bar-end drops off exactly half way around a high speed roundabout - surprising me so much that i stood the bike up and almost went into some railings.
After 10 minutes dodging cars i finally manage to find the bar-end - a little chipped and scuffed, but otherwise intact.
Back home, dredging the stuff out of the pockets of my jacket, i almost drop the (already scuffed and knackered) bar-end on the floor - i save the catch on the bar-end, and instead drop my phone on the ground. Which smashes into a million tiny pieces.
It's now about 9.40am. Frankly i feel like going back to bed and just writing today off as lost.

I lost my left bar end yesterday Bloody annoying as earlier I thought 'ooh thats loose, must tighten it up.' I also wrecked my wifes phone by soaking it as I was doing the washing up, guess who got the blame!
Chill out, go sit in the garden and relax! ____________________ carbon bling |

Unlucky I had one of those days just before I sold my old bike lol Smashed indicator, scraped fairing, broken plate. Then coming home as I pulled up caught my bike cover in the front calliper (god knows how) and ripped a big hole in it, then puttin the bike on the stand I slipped and smashed my shin on the foot peg.
Be alright though just do as Cannon says, fry up and motoGP! |

Maybe we should go back to simpler times and walk to get places and shout to talk to people further away. |
