If an rs50 sized frame wouldn't..

Arrow Handle like utter shit
Arrow Snap in half in the first corner and make you dead

..With a 250 engine then they'd have done it

You could fit a goldwing engine to a cg125, but horrible ditch related death awaits you were you ever to take it anywhere.

It has been done with big singles, however would require a massive amount of work.

Selling my rs250, the frame came out at about 7kg I think - so you're not gaining much at all from an rs50 frame - the engine, wheels etc are the majority of the weight - and you're going to want bigger wheels to accomodate the more powerful engine.

Note that another member of this forum died while riding his bike which had a powerful two stroke engine in a 50cc chassis.

Spike_R or Supermoto Spike had stuck a CR500 engine into a wee Derbi 50cc bike and the frame snapped and he hit a tree I think, he was very unfortunate because I read up on how he did it and he took everything into account and even tried to strengthen the frame to stop it breaking.
