To be honest, I always found that the Roland A80 we used at University in our number 1 studio was perfectly adequate. As such the A50 (smaller range) keyboard would suffice.
It's a touch sensitive professional midi keyboard with the minimum number of bells and whistles.
If you are just starting to learn Reason, then I would really recommend a straight midi keyboard so you can actually learn the software. We always struggled with first years setting the keyboards up differently and stuffing up your reason settings... Used to take bloody ages to reset it as you had originally programmed.  ____________________ Avast! Pirates ahoy!
