Car Cd Changer

Anyone any good with in car audio? How easy is it to transplant a boot mounted cd changer from an escort into a focus?

I havnt seen the unit so dont know what the original head unit was. All i know is its a standard ford jobbie.
As for cables i assume the wireing for a changer is already in place in the focus as its an option. They arnt gonna go ripping up a new car just to fit a cd changer.

The head unit isn't a standard ford one, it's an aftermarket Sony job.

I need to fiddle with the tape player, at the moment it doesn't seem to like my Zen adaptor but if I can make it work then I'll probably keep the whole thing Jay, no sense ripping it out if it does what I need.
