I already have sky television so the broadband is good for me. I am gonna go for the 'mid' package which is 8MB broadband for £5 per month. Currently I am paying £15 a month for 2MB broadband.

It is good because I need to save the pennies. Thumbs Up

Hi,

Note that the Base (2gb) and Mid(40gb) packages have usage caps. At 22 for your current isp its will be unlimted or vey high.

depends on how much you download really

Regards

I've registered an interest, although all I can get right now is the Sky Connect service, 8mbit, 40GB Cap for £17.99

Much cheaper than the £30 a month i'm paying for BT with the same cap.

Sky also offer a 'Max' package: 16MB at £10 per month, unlimited but subject to a fair usage policy. Thumbs Up

I'm tied in with a 12 month contract with BT who are shafting me at the moment. I'm paying £50 a month for 1mb broadband & line rental as they screwed up my payments and I ended up in arrears despite telling them several times that something was wrong.
They're a bunch of fuckers. I never wanted to go with them in the first place but every time we tried to get with another isp we were told there was no capacity at the exchange.
When we signed with bt there was suddenly capacity....strange then huh....we wrote to oftel but they replied and told us that the other isp's needed to complain as bt were screwing them over, not us.......very helpfull.
fucking utility companies suck! Mad
