I have had a sore throat for a few days now...

I had a look with a torch and mirror today and I have a couple of little white ulcer type things next to my wobby thing in the middle

Any ideas ?
Remedies ?

honey in warm water lots of honey not too much water 3 tea spoons to a pint of water., and daily rinsing out with salty water

Honey is a powerful antibacterial , salt is the same, if it persists go see a doctor.

The advice above is sound but you could also add strepsils. I had it earlier in the year and it was horrible

Warm salty water, or just plain man juice

Seriously, take pain killers like Ibuprofen (anti inflamatory) and make sure you keep eating proper food as this will help rid the throat of any bacteria that may be present on the surface.

Ice cream is readily available at this time of year

Like above a constant flow of food/sweets going down you're throat should keep that annoying pain down everytime you swallow, i also find that those Tunes you can get help me alot.

I had a killer of one not so long ago, i could barley drink/eat it was so bad.

With any luck it will be gone in a few days like most colds do if it is one.

i wish i could remeber the name of this the doc gives you it you can get it in a mouth wash or throat spray its got ethonal in it or something, numbs it and kills infections. tastes aweful and its green. sorry if thats useless i used to use it as a mouth wash when i had a sore tooth also.

Make a tea from honey, ginger, and lemon juice. Works very well

Ouch, try hot lemon and honey (spoonful of honey in half a cup of boiling water, add shit loads of concentrated lemon juice, then top up with cold water).

Took me 45 minutes with a cactus needle to get em all out, and i bruised my wrist/palm where the spine didnt shatter and so bruised fook out of the bone.
