Trouble with frequent errections

A good friend who is only 30 years old, struggles to get an errection more than twice a week.

He refuses to see a doctor or get the "blue pill".

He's a ten pints a day type. Could this be affecting his performance ?

Also try to do a little bit of exercise every day....doesn't have to be much, but some is better than none. Maybe a walk or somthing light to get started.

does he smoke or have circulatory problems? Do his hands take a long time to warm up after getting cold for example? Is he over weight? Could he be diabetic? Does he drink lots and lots of fluids and get up to pee a lot in the night for example. The alcohol could also be a factor. Does he get an early morning hard on ?? If not that would indicate a problem. They used to say go to bed with a strip if stamps stuck around it, then if the strip is split in the morning you know you are having nocturnal erections, sounds silly but its true. If you eliminate all of these then the gp is the next resort. As I'm sure you know confidence is a huge issue as well.

I have at least 10 a day. I have more erections than smokers do ciggarettes, and alway when it could cause an embarrassing moment!

Just laugh at him, or point out that you have an erection or get them easily by not even thinkling about sex.

Thanks for the concern. This buddy of mine does smoke like a chimney, as I've said he drinks like a fish, dosen't touch drugs. And his wife is a bit of a swamp donkey.

Maybe if I line him up with a young floozey he'll get a better idea of the root cause of his problem.

theres a test , to see if it is physical or psychological,

you get a piece of bog roll and tie it around you parts while its soft before you go to bed , if you wake up and the bog roll has snaped, then its not a physical problem but a psychological one.

Since night erections are part and parcel of being male and they happen so it doesn't drop off for lack of blood.
