loud sex

Unfortunately not me, but a couple on my street who are apparently in the mad must have sex as often as possible stage of a relationship have v loud sex, considering I live in a detacted house which is double glazed to boot, I can hear them at it most evenings and nights. With the windows closed you can hear it , with the heat and windows open you can really hear it.

My question is what can I do about it? , the street is quite amicable in that their parties usually end about 1 am or go a bit quieter after 11.30pm. This activity however goes on all through the night and then some.

But how do you approach somebody and tell them to be quietier?, its getting irritating since its a Sunday and they've been at it all morning already, groaning moaning grunting screaming like noise, drives me nuts.

any suggestions?

should I print out a leaflet estuing te virtues of Oral sex to shut her up?.

Wear me biking ear plugs more often?

The one evening she was having a good old seeing to (judging by the oh god, oh god, OH GOD's coming up through the floorboards)
