sometimes shit happens, most of us have been there, if she has met someone else, accept it (begrudgingly) and know that it wasnt meant to be for whatever reason.

Its such a shit feeling and been there many times before I met our feathered one, but I have to say, it was worth going through all those shitty times to finally meet the right one, as you well know it took 36 years!

I probably shouldn't even get involved with this but it's impossible not to make a comment when complete strangers are giving you a right slagging off without even listening to your side of the story.

Yes, I am the culprit in question and would just like to thank everyone who didn't even once try to find out what made me do what I did. Yoko did mention that it had not been going well for a few months but no one queried it. I didn't just suddenly wake up and decide to go for someone else, and the only reason this particular someone else appealed to me at the time was that I was being treated with a lot more respect and consideration than what I was getting at home.

Forgive me for wanting to get out of a seemingly dead-end relationship.

Forgive me for now giving it one last go because I actually care deeply for the man I have loved for the past 6 months.

Thank you to whoever said that there are two sides to every story - at least it made me feel like I wasn't to blame for everything and that I'm not complete scum.

i had something liek this also up and i know that the people on the forum have no clue to what the full story is as we are just hearing the jist of it. simply pouring out feelings at that moment into a thread.
