I'm thinking of doing a short Wales tour this weekend, starting ftom Oxford.

I figure I might go through the Brecon Parks and then over to the Pembrokeshire coast. I intend spending three days doing it - Friday - Sunday.

Anyone recommend any routes or roads that we should see?

I can recommend an excellent route

When you get to Bristol, turn left Dance! Dance! Dance!

Head West, young man, at least it's free entry and the locals are friendlier to the English. I'm with anne Robinson on the Welsh, it's a shame Offa didn't finish his dyke and cut the sheepsh*****s adrift Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

isn't wales considered speed camera alley? , and that locals aren't very amicable to bikers and set up traps ?, or is that no longer the case?

It's funny how they're so much friendlier when they realise I'm Scottish! Wink

That was a while back! Yes I did do the trip. I had a comedy of errors with my (then) new GPS. I tried to take take the A40 all the way to West Wales, but had a confusion with the GPS and took a slight diversion, ending up on the M4!

Have a read of my blog post about it here.
