Basically i just feel so fucking shit, i cant eat, i keep waking up early and can not sleep. Its starting to make me feel ill.

Split up with girlfriend a month ago nearly now, 1st week was hard, 2nd week was slightly better, and 3rd week i thought yeah things are improving, till last weekend,

I see her with another guy, and that has started the process of how i feel now, and my aunty is in intensive care and is very ill.

I cant lose her, she's like a 2nd mum to me and always picks me up when im down and makes me smile. Ive lost my gf who i love so so much. And my confidence has gone from, lively, friendly and will talk to anyone and having loads of girls after me. To quiet, can hardly speak and feeling totally depressed.

I just want this feeling to pass, im sick of it now. Want to get her out of my mind for good.

In all honesty, ive more or less got over my ex, i had the end of last week, untill this twat came on the seen, its not the comments about he'll enjoy fucking my ex, and enjoying holding her etc, its just that comment about my Aunty, quite frankly, id never say that to anyone, no even my worst fucking enemy.
