It was a Skidmarx fairing and you have no idea how much work I did on it in order to make the damn thing fit!

Did the fairing panel break off, or were the bolts not on properly or something?

I got the sticker kit from https://www.the-image-works.co.uk , so give a bell for replacement stuff.

There's a difference between RVF and VFR fairings mate. I'm in the process of fixing my old ones up, but I'm gonna take a while...

The other problem is that Skidmarx fairings aren't really designed to fit alongside the original plastics.

Best to give Skidmarx:

https://www.skidmarx.co.uk/contact.htm

...a call/email or something. They list the mid-panels individually, so it should just be a case of ordering a new one. You might be able to get away with their black gel-coat version to save on the spraying afterwards (won't be perfect mind, but then my painting wasn't exactly great).

You can't plastic weld fibreglass...but you can repair it using fibreglass Razz

I really am gutted for you Wez, but I can't understand how the fairing can just rip-off the bike like that...good luck with Skidmarx...I bought the panels from Korn, so he should be able to help with any guarantee-type claims.

I still have the invoice and reciepts (remember kids: never throw anything away) so I'm sending him that.

Look on the bright side Wez, you can say your bike is so damn fast that it rips its own bodywork off Razz
