I'm not a big fan of streetfighters, is it a competition to see who can get their exhausts and tail pieces as close to vertical as possible

Some of those are very nice and i even like some of the odd ones, but some of them are cut too short and look stupid, then some are angled way to high at the back and again looks stupid ...

I know they might e some of the main points of a streetfighter, bu man some of the more stock shapped fighters look mint!

Dont mind different tails and things, but having them angled almost 90* up is rediculas, lol ...

There are one or two that are sexy as fck, but the majority are They either look unfinished, or overdone, and the pointy arse ends are ridiculous imo.

I can appreciate them, especially when done well. Not all are to my tastes, but then again that's the point really? As they're made to the owner's tastes?

Alot of the vertical type stuff seems to be more continental and even more in germany. I prefer the normalish style of seat unit but under seat exhausts routed well looks good too. Allthough a good classic fighter looks good eg early harris frames and moto martins .

I like the light coloured R1, but i tend to think of most streetfighter's as half ass'd bodged together bits thrown onto whats left of a crashed sportsbike!

I much prefer the real specials like that guy in France who built the B'King replica, that are near enough all hand made, with one off parts, and not just a wacky set of lights and a pointy tail until grafted onto a std superbike frame.

I also like some of the Factory streetfighter/naked bike efforts. The Kawasaki Z1000 isn't bad looking at all for a factory machine, and Suzuki's B' King is a nice looking bike too! Now we just need Honda to make a Radical replacement for the Hornet 900, an Yamaha to get rid of that ugly looking disaster of a FZ1, and put the R1 engine into a proper saucy looking naked streetbike! A bike that looks a cross between the Benelli TNT and the Triumph Speed Triple would be perfect!

Some good streetfighters on there, not to everyone's taste though I'd imagine. I'm not a huge far of upwards pointing seats, perfer more horizonal ones.

The aggresive ass in the air seats are getting smaller and smaller . I thought that streetfighters were supposed to be hard as nails and show off by doing donuts in your living room should you look at them the wrong way, although nice, the owners probably never ride them and by the looks of the styling, cant be ridden anyways.
