im trying to copy a film, its not a new film and my drives have done alot newer ones so i dont think it has anything to do with some kind of encryption.

when i put it into my firt drive it fails with this error :
https://i46.photobucket.com/albums/f137/lee8040/dvd.jpg

i then put it into my second drive and it wont read at all saying it maybe dirty or the drive maybe the wrong region but ive checked and both drives are the same uk region.

i use dvdshrink with anydvd running as well and have also tried running dvd cloner 3 but this does not work either. can anyone suggest why its doing this and also how do you find out what region a cd has been written in ?

thank s in advance

I had the same problem once. I used CloneDVD instead and it worked.
