the music appeared to pale in comparison to aussie floyd last year, I didnt go to R n B last year but saw aussie floyd a couple of times this year and they truly blew me away, and thats with seeing the real Floyd too!

None of the music rocked me, but my fellow shipmates did!!!

Aussie Floyd?

What kind of lightweight rubbish is that?

Pink floyd is hardly rock and blues music. whereas UFO is classic british hard rock, I never thought I would be lucky enough to see this great band.

OK Vixen and Classic whitesake was pants, but Whitesnake was never a good band live anyhow.

Hanoi Rocks, they probably have their best line up ever, nobody could have followed their set it weas so dynamic, and Michael Monroe was one of the most amazing front man performances I ever saw. Incredible.

it was a bloody biker rally, not name that fuckin tune

jeez you had a go at lightning seeds at guilfest, (by far the busiest crowd that day (cant comment on saturday as I was busy dying in guildford royal hospital)
I though UFO were a good band ,, then I saw em at R&B, the bassist was absolutely arseholed, wouldnt be surprised if his bass line was recorded.

anyway,, this ere be comments made by a group of people who all went as a group and stayed as a group and oddly enough respected other pirates opinions on how naff the music was at times,

We actually went for the atmosphere and the whole festy thing more than the music,

I've just about recovered from one the best weekends of the year, the music was fantastic, the weather was gorgeous and the cider was very nearly cold!! I did intend to stroll over to say hello to you guys, but in my sober moments i was busy revising for an exam Needless to say i didn't get much revision done!! Hopefully next year i'll have the chance to say hello.
