Application form help

Just need a couple more suggestions to answer this question, ive got one or two that ive wrote down. But just seeing if anyone else has got something, to that sounds better or that i could use to expand on mine.

Basically its for a Call Centre, Travel Advisor (travel agent) for First Choice.

Question is : Please provide an example of a time where you have delivered excellent customer service?

Sounds easy, and it is an easy question just like some more suggestions really.

Err, the clues in the question. Have you ever done what they ask? Make it sound a bit better by saying that you are attentive, have excellent listening skills both verbal and non verbal. You make sure you are clear what the customer actually wants. You make a follow up call to check satisfaction and to ensure you are doing things as well as possible.
