Why no matter what you tella hairdresser, they still nearly always fail to do what you want. And when you sit in the chair, your like "yeh its fine thanks". But as soon as you walk out the door, you go "what the fook has he/she done" OMG!! Well thats just what i done yesterday. Went in, i told him i only wanted a ery small amount of hair cutting so he said " ok, bout half and inch". Thought yeh thats sounds alright, go for it. So he started ay the back and tbh that is fine. But then he got going on the front, what was he thinkin, cutting my hair diagnolly on either side of my head, but leaing the fringe alone. Its ridiciulous, he ended up taking about half a metre of not half an inch. I dont want to go bk, as he may make i worse. So i think i'm just going to lump it.

( and it wasnt a cheapy hairdresser, for a change)
Had to get that moan out of me lol Thumbs Up

worse if your a girl we cant quick fix withthe clippers.

hairdresssers have had me in tears many of times. i have paid up to £70 for hairdos and they where not how i wanted them.

hairdressers do your hair the way they want to! and you spend more money in another hairdressers fixing it.

or you could have done what i done and lost the rag as i was sick of having the opposite done. walked back in after all your mates told your how aweful it looked and demanded it be done right and not by the trainee this time. it was sone right then, but to go back after your next visit after that again cause it was wrong was bad. i never went back there i choose another hairdressers who made my hair whore blonde which eventually looked horrid when it grew out. then while getting it fixed and back to nice platuim blonde with streaks it cost £70 to get the whore colour out.

dont trust hairdressers , and yes always have a moan what others have done to your hair cause it makes them work harder! they dont want to get a bad rep or piss you off then. and you get tea and biscuits if your good lol

ps why is it the girl washing your hair is dull? cnat get any chat out of them.

Thats eactly what they do! I probably wouldnt be all that bothered but im go on hols on friday, and you like to look good. They always seem to talk about your hair as if they know what they are doing. Confused Looks like i'll be wearing a hat for 2 weeks! Whats more is that once he started cuttin and already bodged it, the other hairdresser had just the kind of hair cut i wanted!!Too late by then.

Ha !...
I had my hair cut only yesterday

Now, I love my hairdresser, he is really nice
He does a lovely cut, he does, BUT he doesn't style it to.. 'me'
If that makes sense

He cuts it choppy, long and swept at the front, but then does it with a dryer and a round brush so it looks a bit... boufantty Mr. Green
Kind of like a trendy Princess Di Laughing

So, I look in the mirrors.. "Fab, like it..blah blah" cos i genuinely like him, and I KNOW I can style it well at home becuase the basic CUT is great
Then I get home, spray it, gunk it, straighten it, mess it up a bit
Bobs Your Uncle !!
Cool

I have NEVER met a hairdresser who listens fully
I have never come out of a hairdressers without going home and not faffing and tweaking it to get it how I want it

yeah i found the hairdressers that does that for my hair now Thumbs Up

but it really peed me off was spending a woofle amount on a special hair dye that dont have bleach in it or wreak your hair for the hairdressers to lie to me and put bleech in my hair. i dont earn alot at the min and cant afford to have messed up hair.

That be why us men are lucky, if they mess up our hair then we can just take emergency action...by using clippers to make all the hair short.

Also men do not go to hairdressers, we go to barbers. Wink Razz

Because my hair is naturally wavey Sick I use GHDs all the time.
So I need it cutting oftern (when i can be bothered)
I ask them to thin the hair out as much as possible. They always say 'it will make it more curly' but FFS I tell them I use GHDs so it wont make a difference.
I also ask for an inch off ( Because it will just get shorter quicker then its growing) But no its normally 4 inchs they take off.
Mate had her hair done by Ziggy in Brighton (Dont go there) she proper fooked up in the layers.
I payed 85 quid for thin,cut,wash,dry,2 tone colour and wasnt that impressed, Went to a cheapo side street one for a cut blah blah blah. And spot on she was Thumbs Up

Yep, that pretty much does it for me too. Although, I do it myself now rather than paying someone else to do it. Laughing

I haven't paid for a haircut since I was about 10 and got my own clippers. Smile
