So am I still allowed to smoke like a chimney on rideouts? Mr. Green

Tis normal. Your body is just clearing your lungs of all the crap you infested it with. Think of it in a positive light. Like your lungs are being reborn.

In the end coughing up shed loads of flem was really satisfying, with the best greenies (blackies) I have ever done. Laughing

To be honest I hate smoking. Its a veil habit I wished I never started. First thing in the morning, I get a numb sensation after first puff. But I still reach for them.
Tryed to quit, patchs (not the gum its gross) lasted 3 weeks. Then Alcohol kicked in, puff puff puff again.
Was quiet funny last year. Mate smokes like a trouper. We were flying, and they hate flying so all the way they were puffin on the those nicorete ciggy things. Was a laugh to see!

I agree with you, i tried to stop 3 times and failed within a couple of days but the 4th time i tried last year 01/12/2005
i stopped for good and havent had a cig since Thumbs Up i smoked since i was about 9 or 10yrs old Embarassed and im now 25yrs old Wink

Smoked about 20 a day and then started to roll my own when i left school, but i firmly believe that the previous times i tried to
stop smoking were just phases really and i didnt actualy want to stop smoking as much as i thought Question until the last time around.

I used 24mg patches for 14 days and then never went back to the doctors for anymore after those ran out Mr. Green
i believed that my habbit was mostly psychological rather than physical because i never felt a single day that
i wanted a cig physicaly but psychologicaly i craved them more than anything for about three months Twisted Evil

Physicaly it was easy for me to stop but psychologicaly it can be a strain if you arent prepared for it...
