I'm taking a mate to buy a 03 bandit6 in about an hours time. Anything i should look out for? The bikes only done 1800miles and seller wants £1900.
Not my sort of bike but sounds like a bargain to me  |

at that age and milage i wouldnt worry too much, just check the downpipes for rust ect, the colector box on the pipes, usual tires, brakes frame numbers ect ect.
Obviosly any knocks and unusual sounds, a test ride perhaps?

Collector box rot.
Binding brakes
Corrosion.
Think that's your lot. If any of those are an issue on such a low mileage, new bike then I'd be a bit worried! |
