Don't diss dumb car drivers, embrace them!

This happened yesterday on my way home. My exhaust downpipes were slightly detached as one of the screws had come off, so I had to get home after work before I could fix it. On my way home there's a lovely roundabout which turns off onto a straight clear of traffic etc, with a complicated roundabout with a pub at the end.

Anyway, I got great drive off the roundabout and took the straight making a hell of a lot of noise with my race can and detached downpipe making the racket defining - it was obvious I was speeding but, in my opinion I was doing it "safely". As I got to the end of the straight out pulled a flashing blue in front of me, and I got that special feeling in the pit of my stomach which meant I was going to get quite a talking to. I followed him off the straight nearer to the roundabout looking for somewhere to pull over.

Next thing I know, he's speeding away! And then I notice one of the dumbest bit of driving I've ever seen - there's a petrol guzzler going the wrong way around the roundabout (which is a pretty fucking hard thing to do seeing as there are signs and roadmarkings EVERYWHERE) and is about to crash headlong into a bus. The policecar speeds off to save the inevitability of the brainless car driver killing himself (or herself, lets not be sexist here...) with his outstanding inability to drive, and I race past with a great grin on my face! I gotta put my hands up and say, in this case, "bless you mr stupid blind driver, for once you have actually SAVED me from something!"

Nah, lucky escape matey. Reminds me of when I was speeding to catch up with my mate on a ped, finally caught him, he was speeding to ( ok he was only doing like 40 but still speeding.. ) and when the blues started sounding I pulled over, but my friend kept on going, for a good 400ft up the road, out of view, he didnt notice it at the time ( hes a dumb ass.. ) and so the police car got round me and chased him, thinking he was trying to run or somthing, I just pulled at the nearest road and rode off, lol.
