I just bought myself a pair of Draggin Jeans. Expensive but I like them. I don't always like wearing my leather trousers........in fact if i'm honest I very rarely wear them. But I like the idea of keeping my skin on my legs if i'm to come off. Anyone ever had an off wearing a pair?? Just wondered how well they stood up. The video on the website looks cool, i'm tempted to tie a rope round the towing eye of my mates car and give it a whirl.........or maybe not.

Thought you were skint. Next thing we know someone's turned your electricity back on and you have a new pair of trousers!

Iev always wondered how these work, surely if you crash the jeans would just ride halfway up your leg?

Hahaha you gotta love the Streetbike interest free spending money you don't have card!!! It's actually in my GF's name but I convinced her she needed a new helmet and whilst we were there tried on the jeans. They are now upstairs waiting to be worn.

I'm still skint, someone else is paying the electricity bill. I'm a poorly paid key worker don't you know.

They're quite tight fitting without being drainpipe like. I don't think they'd ride too far up your leg but then I guess there's only one way to find out. Shocked

I bought a pair of Hood Aramid-lined jeans a few weeks ago.

I quite like them, the lining means that they are tighter than a comparably-sized pair of normal jeans, but I guess that means that they will stay in position better in the event of a tumble.

They seem sturdy, with even the denim appearing to be more robust than your average pair of Tesco's finest threads. The lining also keeps the worst of any summer showers off you, which is an added bonus.

Being a porky bugger at the moment, I find that it's harder to swing my leg over the bike if I have cargo on the back, but that's as much down to my fat arse as the jeans being a funny shape.

All in all, a good purchase - When I've shed a few pounds I intend to buy a pair of the cargo-pants too.

Yeah I liked the look of the cargo-pants too but they didn't have them in my size. Maybe next time Very Happy

I just bought 2 pairs of cargo trousers, to enjoy the good weather and the same weekend the weather changes and it is the waterproof gear on again.

Although I am a shortie, so needed around 9cm taken off the length to make them wearable.

Why do they only make them in one length?

Hood cut them to your required inside leg - which is pretty cool.

Im wearing draggin jeans now, like someone said they are tight enough without being drainpipe-esque that i dont think they would ride up in a crash ::touchwood:: Dissapointed as i brought them for the real hot weather (30+) as they were pretty fuckin hot in london. but i suppose thats asking too much of them. They will be excellent in winter, just these and my waterproofs and i will be smilin.

Just been out and test rided these bad boys! They're definately snug around the testicle region but other than that very comfy. I just gotta get used to wearing jeans that actually fit me properly I suppose.

Are the bottoms of the leg big enough to cover bike boots properly? Or do you have to took them in?

The bottom of the jeans cover my Sidis perfectly. I'd feel stupid and self consious if they didn't and wouldn't wear them.

Cool. I'm used to wearing boot cut jeans you see. Can't stand jeans that are too huggy at the bottom.

Probably for the best... in my experience, when you go over a pot-hole, the nad/tank interaction is less painful if they're properly strapped in.
