Best way is usually to get a friend to help.

One person lifts and wiggles the engine while the other pulls the engine bolt. DO NOT push the bolts through with your finger, use a socket extension bar or something.

You can use a car jack to take the weight while you remove the bolts if you can't get someone else to help.

Then just lift it out, a 125cc 2-smoke motor is light enough to lift out by yourself providing you get a good grip on it.

Normally the problem is that they are rusted into the bushes or bearings inside the swingarm and are an absolute twatpain to get out, taking days or even weeks of soaking in penetrating fluid plus application of extreme force.

You could try disconnecting the suspension, see if helps at all.

Don't try it without assistance and a support under the engine, you are asking to hurt something or more importntly you if you do try it.
Ask a mate that's what they are there for.
