hi, im not a mechanic, nor am i very technical or handy. but i just removed my radiator on my 06 r6 by myself, so i can jb kwik a small hairline cut on one of the lines!! check out the pictures!!

here are the after disassembly pictures, and after i cleaned what the leak did

Hmm, thats some funky spunk from that radiator Laughing

When I drained the radiator on my 17 year old bike, it was absolutely minging, it stank to high heaven, looked like poo stained toilet water and even stained the floor Shocked .

oh yea, that was just stop leak i had stuck in the radiator to try and seal that hairline leak i had. it didnt work, so i took it out to JB kwiq it. a temporary fix, which has lasted the last couple of days

Very Happy Now you have to put it all back together again Very Happy

Bet you end up with a couple of washers and a few odd rubber bits left over...I always do! Never could figure out where they come from....
