I have just got my first Bike.

What do i put in the cooling liquid bottle is it just antifreeze?

Or is the a special product that i need?

50-50 anti-freeze and water. 1:1, half and half etc.

Supposed to be distilled water so it won't have any limescale and crap in, but I know plenty of people just use tap water. Not saying it's a good idea or anything, I'm mechanically clueless
