After i have warmed the bike up and the choke is on the bike idels around 1000 rpm ( just looked and it is at one little line abouve 1000 rpm)
But as soon as i close the choke a little bit the bike cuts out.

Could anyone help me fix this problem?

You shoud nt need choke in the summer and with it on should make the bike rev 3-4000 revs not 1k (thats a normal idle speed).

Does the bike start and run without choke?

Yes it will start and run with out the choke but when i stop, the engine cuts out.

Are you sure that the clutch is being pulled in fully when you stop?

If you left the bike idling, would it cut out after a while or idle irratically?

Yer the clutch is being pulled in fully.

And i can only leave it to idel when the choke is on, and it seems to idel fine then.

But the very second i take the coke off the bike cuts out.

Is there an idle adjust srew or nut?

The problem may be a carb fuel / air balance mixture problem.
