number one, you got your own driveway and you can park the bike there etc, sit out in sun, i would assume there a back yard to number 1 also. better off with a house than a flat

I'll assume the house is in a less prestige area, but I'd still go for it. Got the best of everything with a garden, conservatory and double parking. Screw the location!

If you get a nice view from your balcony 2 would be lovely - especially with the location

1. I would want to be able to keep any eye on my bike out front and would generally just prefer a house over a flat due to the practicality
