Hi there i want to replace the pathetic foam pad in my jacket with something more beefy, i dont want a seperate unit but on that will fit in the pocket of the jacket. I did a quick search on past topics but couldn't can an answer.

Could anyone suggest one for me? I've heard Hein Gericke's ones are good, or i could get a Dainese G1 for about £21 if the blokes still got it for sale (dont think he has but will have to find out) Any suggestions? I simply haven't got the £ to spend £100 on one, if i did i would but i'm looking sub £50 as i'm poor ATM.

Thanks guys

Knox do a replacement for in your jacket. I had a piece of foam which IMO is crap!

I went to Woods in Abergele and picked up a Knox one which is the same shape etc so fitted in my jacket.

Was £15 i think

Similar sort of suggestion in the HG catalogue too.
You get some amount of discount for swapping a foam pad for one of their own HG / Hiprotec pads
