Bandit Headlight Conversion

i have a bandit 03 unfaired and want to make the front look mean, in the form of a conversion kit one which i can mount instead of the stock headlamp. i was thinkin somehitng that has a streetfighter apeal like a twin headlight cluster mounted in a small bit of fairing. has anyone got any pics or advice, websites, or ideas for me?? thanks. nick

yeah was looing at bandit mania and there is nice one called the streetfighter fairing, im looking for something very similar and wondered if any one had seen any differnt styles around!!

My advice is make sure it's uk legal They may be "E" marked, but that means jack shit unless you know the E-numbers it has stamped on it. just for reference, if it has the following numbers stamped on it, it may not be UK legal;

E8 7R-01-90-13
E8 01-90-12

they're the numbers off an old foreign spec light of mine, so be weary of any units with those numbers on. The "dominator" headlights have been known to be iffy...

actually if u had read the original post not really loking for the twin headlights as a solo unit i want them encompassed in some sort of fairing almost offroad style.

They look pretty decent. There is also a headlight style called the 'Mantis' which is similar to the Zyklon headlight in the first link, except the holes for the lights are round and not square. Can't find it on the net at the moment though.

If you can be bothered to buy from the USA, Wild Hair Accessories have some pretty decent stuff too:

If you buy one, spend the money and get a decent one. The cheap ones are exactly that.

Consider a jack-up kit, some renthals and some bar end mirrors for the truely universal bandit 'streetfighter' look.

My idea for a unique headlight would be to chop a crash hat in half, spray it up fit some lights in the visor slot. I know people have done it but its a bit more original than the twin light conversion etc.
