just a general enquiry, recently bought it, and not been as blown away as was expected to be, its fairly standard stuff really, and not particularly gripping, despite good graphics

anyone played it, completed it, rate it?

I was very dissapointed in it.. i couldn't connect with whatever story line was supposed to be there.. and it felt like they were saying "Hey we know the story and endless corridor shootouts suck.. but check out these lighting effects dude! they're pretty! ooo000oooh" Very Happy

Played it all the way through and thought it was pretty good. The Quake games have never really been about storyline. If you play it expecting a compelling storyline you'll be sorely dissapointed

oh yes ive been droolong over spore for months, why is it that all the games come out at once there hasnt been a decent pc game this year i think?

Think spore was set to be released later this year but crysis is more along Q1 2007. Bastards, take so bloody long at making games. It's only simple tapping on a keyboard innit these days... Mad
