the bike is real, but that pic looks either very low resolution or a cgi. And 38k? for the worlds first production 200mph bike? hell yeah. and yes, you would ride it on the road, ducati are making loads of them, and they come with a 3 year free maintenance program (services + any mechanical work)

Lottery wins a bit much though, maybe a couple of years scrimping and saving and a big loan.
