Advice greatly welcomed...

I have a big marrow
Was grown by my Father-in-law on his farm..looks nice..never cooked one before

I am doing Sunday dinner in a minute, and wanted to incorporate this beastie in some way..
Anyone know what I can do with it ?? Question
(No dirty suggestions please!) Laughing

I don't have much to add to it, (have seen stuffed marrow etc.. on Google)
So something simple would be appreciated

Oh my, what a coincidence...my mate did stuffed marrow for our dinner yesterday. Basically she cooked up some yummy steak pieces, and chopped up some asparagus, and mushrooms and poured the mix into the scooped out marrow, and baked it in the oven for 40mins (dont know what temp though).

It was Y U M M Y!!!

I have actually emailed her myself earlier and asked for the exact recipe.

She sayes she normally does it with cheese - but didnt cos I cant have cheese!

Best suggestion I have for a marrow is to keep it simple. Throw it on a fire, leave to smoulder til the fire goes out. The longer you leave it the better. Overnight is good as there will be nothing left.
