How old are you?

I believe a lot of places do English classes

Well, duh!

Think in terms of a 600cc sports bike: Who will have the lower premium?: A 19 year old with a DAS after 2 years restriction when passing A2 licence at 17 or a 19 year old with a CBT?

It is just common sence that the higher licence holder will have the lower premium due to more experience and so on.

Moreover, in your situation, having an A2 licence while riding a scooter apposed to only a CBT pass will make your premium dive dramatically.

Conclusion: Higher licence and riding awards (eg Silver/Gold rider certificates) = lower insurance premium.

Yup, old enough to have a busa for £107 full comp.

At one point it was £98, but I think the insurance companies think because I'm getting older I can not handle a powerful bike aswell as I used to.

I remember the old Gold and Silver rider courses that used to be run by local councils but they stopped doing them where I live 15 years ago, just as I was getting my license.
