Ive done a pic, do you think this cam would of gotten me?
Its 2 lanes either way and im just not sure if I wouldnt of been flashed of not Crying or Very sad

always look for the lines on the road (not the ones up the middle of the road, ones that go across like ruler markings)...they're there to give the camera fixed points of reference for calculating your speed...its normally unlikely for them to cover that many lanes of traffic from a point at the side of the road so i suspect there were no lines in your lane.

They can only get you if they are facing the same direction as you and you drive past them

A forward faceing one could flash, but wouldnt be done by anythink becasue the number plate is at the back ???

Recent case of someone on a BMW forum having the Police turning at their door with a whole bag load of pics from a forward facing camera.

The two weeks to get a ticket through the post DOESN'T include time taken to conclude an investigation the courts have allowed.

People tend to drive the same route everyday.

You drive to work at the same time or go to school at the same time and the pics build a picture of your life.

You set off the same camera at 8.30am everyday on the way to work and one day a Police officer will be waiting for you.

I think its an unfair case and if he doesnt win his lawyer should get a kicking. They say its the only bike in the area with those modifications. There is no way they can prove that there isnt another bike in the local area that isnt registered there. Im going to Leicester to uni in october, and I wont be sending off for a new V5 during term time, and another when I get back. It took them 3 months to send the last one I will be likely using the same road every day just as someone riding a BMW could.
