can we have a section for bike specific

ie.


Main
bike specific chat.
---- Kawasaki
- zx6 topic
- .....
---- Honda
- cbr topic
- ....
---- and so on


I was going to create a page with load of info on for my zx6r links, good addons, links to reviews, links to workshop info, reviews
have loads of good links for shops ebay items, where to get the manual, cheapest place to get screen/huggers etc..
There are loads of good topics for where to and how to's on my bike but takes ages to find them and I guess lots of people will just do a new post that takes up space.
Was just about to to mine but wasn't sure best place to put it as kinda pointless unless it a sticky or kept active as it will get lost too.

Guess initially it would need somebody to set up the main page but would only need one person to do each bike and am sure there will be somebody with a passion for their bike that's willing to do it !

BCF is a general motorcycle forum that encompasses everything on 2 wheels, if you want a specifc chat about a certain manufacturer or bike then there are forums for that too Wink

So I assume all the bike specific chat threads are going to be removed ! There must be 1000's of bike specific ( two 'i's) threads on here, thus the whole point of putting links to them all in one place !
An no I dont want to chat about specific makes, just trying to make a suggestion to help people find things, cut down on duplicate posting and save people cash with the places/sites we may have spent ages finding that sell things we all want.

Ho hum..l wont bother again Rolling Eyes

its not a bad idea just i doubt it'd be much use on here...most folk cant post in the tight sections just now never mind if we added more Wink

I'm registered on a FZR forum and its kinda boring after a few posts unless you are a real trainspotter and love talking about one kind of bike or model.

People do find it difficult to post in the correct section, but most questions are answered one way or another.

The search button helps finding old posts that may answer your questions.

It's a terrible idea! Shocked

Yes asking about a particular model on here is fine but if you want to do only that constantly look elsewhere, I used to use 2 other forums if I needed bike specific questions answering although I rarely needed them.

One is called the 'search' link the other is called the 'links' link, both can be found at the top of every bcf page.
