A complaint to o2

For the last year we have been getting problems with o2 charging us twice, losing payments, cutting us off 1 day after bill is being recieved and other issues.

Maybe its because we have 3 contracts with them they get confused??

But enough is enough! We paid a bill for £38 on the 26th July, for only to get a letter 2 days after saying we now owe them £175. We now have a letter saying that the £38 balance is still outstanding and they are filing Court action. Evil or Very Mad

So I wrote them a fax.

Nice one mate, I hate it when they treat you like the little man and don't give you the personal service your cash deserves. If you get no result the only option is to send them a dog turd in a brown paper wrapped box along with a bill for services rendered or their dog turd postal account will be terminated. When asked why just say 'Thats the way you treated me'. Laughing

I had something similar with Barclaycard. I cleared the card and they decided I wanted card protection and charged me. Naievely (sp?) I continued to shred the bills with a view to cancelling so the first thing I know was when the debt collectors phoned work. God what a fight that was!!

Sorry your fault, why not pay via DIRECT DEBIT, then you have no problems with payment at all....??!?!?!?! Thumbs Up

Oh dear. You haven't sent it have you?

The principle is sound, but the spelling and grammar are appalling.

Do yourself a favour and sort it out.

Don't use "for one" then forget to mention points two, three etc.

Lose "myself" it's unneccesary and looks stupid.

we phoned and paid twice with the card, and although they took the card details, they never actullay charged it.

so after being told to wait 5 days for payment to clear. We were told on two occasions that the payment was never taken. (The funds were present)

Hence why we then used the giro slip on the bottom of the bill!

Well we found the recipts today proving that we paid both bills in full so they can go Middle Finger

it if they are going to take it to court!

In fact I may let it then get compinsation for the greif it causes when I will the case!

I found that when it came to O2, having just one account was painful enough. After 4 months of attempting to cancel my account both in writing, fax and phone calls (and still being charged) I got fed up and cancelled the direct debit. Dealing with a debt collection agency was easier than dealing with O2 - and thats saying something.

O2 were kind enough to get my bills right, but their customer retention scheme needed some work - the 'lets keep billing and see how long we can string him along' tactic sucks O2!!!

Currently a happy Orange customer - have cancelled old contracts with them with no issues whatsoever, not had a billing problem since day 1 either.

Bitter - me - nooooo....

i had the same sort of problem, in the end i was dealing with their debt collection agency, i rang o2 and asked the balance of my account, they said £0 so i just said ok, they asked why and i told them their debt collection agency was taking me to court on their behalf but i dont mind as long as i win, then i briefly ran through how much it was going to cost them in my expenses to go to court in hull, the sudden change in organisational skills and communication was nothing short of amazing Laughing

The o2 bills are the wifes, But yea

Ive just lost my job so got bugger all comming in!

O2 have been doing this for the last 4months

Sky are worse every month my bills have been double.

Im on a £20 per month bonus at the month with sky but keep getting billed £75!!!

Each month its a 20min call to get sorted to be told it wont happen again!

Only for the following month to have it happen!

For £20 a month its not worth it, plus theres the contract!

I should have my SC Next week and ill have a £19k job. Also be paying £260 to the IVA so End of september this be all gone away!
