I remember that Haga had a nasty near highside (if i remember correctly) that threw him out of the seat and down onto the tank balls first. He pulled over whilst vomitting with his helmet still on all over his tank Sick

Going to a BCF meet at Box Hill, I felt fine when I left but the hangover got worse and worse as I rode. I had to pull over on the dual carriageway section near Rykers and dry-retch for a bit cos I felt so awful I thought I was going to puke. Sick

Not nice.

I 'foolishly' wrote off 1st Sprint ST whilst over cooking a stupid LH corner.
Wind knocked out but the thought of my NCB draining away with all of my pride, 2lts coolant and 4lts oil produced that rare 'sort-a-sick' feeling.

Dropped 2nd ST in a busy high street.
Not sick, just bruised and embarassed as I couldn't lift the useless piece of shit up onto it's feet coz my shoulder was spasticated. Embarassed

Been sick oot the windae o a moving car a couple of times. (alcohol induced) Embarassed Sick

Not done it myself, but was out on a ride with a couple of mates.
We stopped at a hungry horse and one of them ordered a big jug full of icecream, sweets, cream, marsbars everything (the rest of us had a fry up, it was 11am afterall)

On the way back into town we stopped a traffic lights and i see my mate laying on his handle bars, jerking as his stomach contracted and filled his helmet with ice cream and chocolate.

Worse bit about it is he just washed the lining and still wears it Sick

I had a full on nose bleed for no reason once while on the bike, I had to stuff tissue from pocket up front of helmet until I could stop.

MAde such a mess..and I coudln't breath too well either

glad I've had my nose quarterized now.. ruined my jacket Crying or Very sad

I imagine being sick would be very difficult due to the tightness of the chin strap

Then when you fall off, you realise another clever little add on to the phrase "open face".

If I feel sick (which is pretty much after everything I eat) I often go for a ride as it distracts me and I feel much better afterwards.

I'm only sick when i'm extremely ill so I wouldn't be out on the bike or from alcohol and I've never been in the position where I HAD to ride my bike whilst pissed anyway.

I heard about some guy in either MCN or Bike or something who was on an endurance road race and threw up in his helmet. Think he carried on.

Dragonfly, I know what you mean about feeling sick in public. It worries me that I will be sick which just makes the feeling worse. Happened to me today in Sainsburys after eating a dody sausage batch. Nearly collapsed from nausea when I saw my BF's dad there who's built like a brick and ended up agreeing to go round their house some time soon.

Sick Neutral Thumbs Down
