Its official they are a joke! Confused

On Monday I believe it was me my wife and my 6yr old daughter went to do some shopping in Shirley.

While on the way back home we happened to walk past an old ex/housemate of mine with her other half. We chose to ignore them and walked on.

However as we went passed she shouted out, "Oh look there’s the Knobhead!" in which the misses replied "Knobhead?"

We then carried on walking. Then her other half started to follow us home filming us with a camera, saying that he’s got us now and to turn round and face the camera.

His other half "The physco" then shouted out "Better watch out or I Might stab you so you lose the baby!" to the wife.

I then turned round to the camera and said. "You’re following us and filming us. We can do you for harassment!"

In which he said

"Got you now! You better watch out!"

He then turned round and went back.

Now my 6yr old daughter was getting upset by this and So was the wife and I. there was bout 20 people watching this as well and a few at the bus stop given them evils.

The wife spoke to her mum after and she said to report it to the police just incase anything happened, so we did.

So we rang them up and told them over the phone what happened and was told someone would be out before 10pm to take a statement.

We said ok.

Well around 8:30 we were told that they couldn’t come out and they would be around tomorrow after 4pm. So we waited.

No one came. Now this happened Monday. I get a buzz on the door today and it’s the police.

I thought great take your time, and the wife’s not here so you have to come back anyway.

BUT NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!

Apparently SHE has reported me to the police for harassment of her. And that he has warned me if any further matters occur then I will be arrested and this will be taking further. WTF! Shocked

I then asked if he was joking!

I then told him what went on and then had to sign a bit of paper.

Now this is coming from a girl who.

Put my R6 in the paper for sale for £150
Had my R6 Stolen
Had a restraining order against me (Which was reversed)
Tried stabbing all my housemates.
Tried killing herself.
Jumped from a back of a moving ambulance.
Practiced Witchcraft!
Kicked in a Police Van.

Sorry for this rant but im pissed off now and am going to right a letter to the PCC.

Sad

Rant Over.

from my experience this sounds about right. you are the victim, so they will victimise you more. its easier than dealing with criminals.
i also have them attempting to screw me over everytime our paths meet despite not doing anything wrong Rolling Eyes Confused .

a waste of my tax paying money.

What you need to do it go to see a solicitor and get a restraining order put on the bitch, so she can be arrested if she comes anywhere near you. At the minute the police woulkd have to mount a case against her which would be very hard to do on your word alone.

I had a mate who got "jumped". The police were called, they said all the officers were busy they would be along a.s.a.p. He gets a call from them 4 hours later saying they're at the crime scene where is he, he then has to explain it took so bloody long he went home.

I get in a rant with my neighbours who make up lies about me to the police, edit convo's I've had with him over msn and the police happen to be over in a matter of hours.

Oh and another one, i was in southend and i see a group of boys waving us down. We stop to see whats the problem, these boys had also been jumped by chavs. A riot van drives past, we wave them down. We tell them there is a boy with a broken nose and this group of boys had just been assulted. The police tell us they're airport police and to call 999 and just drove off.

People who have never really been 'involved' with the police have no idea what it feels like.
It gets worse the more you get involved, you go from...

"I hope if i'm ever danger the police will do the right thing"

to..

"Oh shit, do i buy a knife? should i move house? the police dont seem to be helping"

It's a nasty experience, i try my best to steer clear of criminals and police.

The police are scum. As bad as the criminals they are supposed to be catching, and probably part of the criminal fraternity in many cases. We would probably be better off if we had the right to defend ourselves by any means. A complete waste of taxpayers money they are! (I'll make one exception though; JonnyGSXR. He sounds like a top bloke, going by the events of the last few days.)

When I had my car broken into no one came even though the kids were only just round the corner.

But when The shitty neighbour told the police I had two cars out the front with no tax on them, I was in court within 2 weeks!

Seeing these kind of statements is exactly the reason my dad retired early from the force (farce?).

Many years ago, he would go out of his way to help the public. You know, when you had a 'local bobby' this was. As the years went on, obviously cuts were made and you were lucky to see a car nip down the road once a week. He got fed up with it, and when he challenged his seniors he was eventually transferred to a call centre to keep out of trouble!

Now we're in the sate where the police are expected to do everything at the same time on minimal staff. All these 'threats of terrorism' really don't help. When there's an incident, the forces have to respond, but they can't suddenly make more coppers to replace the deficit covering normal duties. So there are huge gaps left.

Also, a lot of the things that people moan about the police, speeding fines, tax/m.o.t infringements. Why do they get through these easily? Simple, the paperwork to fine you for speeding or no road tax is a lot less than filling out statements and investigations cos someone gave you a whack in a night club.

It really is a sorry state of affairs, I would hate to be a copper. Unfortunately the average PC gets the brunt of this abuse when there's f*ck all they can do about it. Before you jump on me, yes I am well are there 'bent' coppers exist. Show me one position of power that isn't abused...

I wish I could say something more solid to defend them, but I just dont know if I could stand here and argue their side. The police forces really do need a PROPER shakeup, and soon.

I've got a whole lot more sympathy for coppers after reading this blog
https://coppersblog.blogspot.com/

It seems like the guys&girls on the ground are trying to do their best, and be what we hope coppers would be but they are continually getting fucked over by senior management and politicians.

I actually feel sorry for 'em now.

have to admit iv nothing against the police, the police over here in northern ireland have a bad rep to say the least, but any iv ever been in contact with have been sound, a month ago the district commander was driving past a group of us (i was with bike) he stoped came over and had a full on chat about the bike, also told me where the speed cameras would be that week (gary Thumbs Up )
2 months ago was stopped for going 35 ina 30, had no rplates up at the time, the guys were decent and let of of with a caution (over here that is meant to be 3 point and another 3 for speeding), they havnt got the manpower so cant come to every situation on time, in my view dont blame them blame the goverment how do everything to make their job harder.

Like every public sector service, any action has to be rubber stamped, ratified then verified before it can go ahead... frustrating for everyone - including the people working in the public sector (that includes the Council, NHS, Police etc etc)

Whats annoyed me is the fact that we reported the matter soon as it happens and no one has come out.

We went to the station today and had to give our statement which took 3hrs in the end as we had to wait for so long.

Also the OIC is on nights for the next 4 days and then off for 4 days so it will be over a week before anything is done.

BUT!!!

She reports me for harrasment (Which didnt happen) and I get a knock on the door in a few hrs!!! Evil or Very Mad

Is it because I have had a problem in the past???

They are a complete waste of time, the only way to get any attention from them is to go into the station and make them take a statement.

As for the looney bitch jump her back fence and squirt some wheel acid into the gusset of her undercrackers when they are on the washing line. Twisted Evil

I know the police can be bad sometimes but not always!
One bad example would be when i got mugged it took them two weeks to come round, by that time me, my brother in law, my dad and a few baseball bats had already sorted it!
But only on friday night my mate had a serious motorbike crash and i cant compliment them enough for all there help and support not only to him but to me and a mate who witnessed it.
