My gloves smell like damp dog, i caught in the rain and it's horrid.

I remember a member on here said put them in the freezer as the bacteria dies, well i put them in a tesco bag and put them in the freezer for 2 hours and they still smell!!

How do i solve this?

Thanks Smile Thumbs Up

My hands and gloves always smell of 'bike' Eh?

Leather absorbs smells so anything will only mask the smells not irradicate them.

Don't do what my mum suggested (and helpfully did for me) with my very first pair of gloves and fill them with talcom powder Rolling Eyes

They were never the same again!

How about just sticking them in the washing machine on a low temp and short cycle?

Put them on a warm radiator to dry. I wouldn't recommend doing that to an expensive set of gloves, but any you don't care about it will stop them smelling. Granted the leather will go a bit stiff, but it soon loosens up again when you wear them next.
